Senior Tracking & Attribution Engineer

MaxBounty is hiring a Senior Engineer focused on our tracking and attribution infrastructure.

What you'll build:

•Server-side postback processing at scale (billions of events/month)

•Real-time attribution models for multi-touch affiliate journeys

•Cookieless tracking solutions for a post-cookie world

•API integrations with Facebook CAPI, Google Offline Conversions, and TikTok Events

•Fraud detection pipelines using statistical analysis

•Internal dashboards for ops and finance teams

Tech stack:

•Go / Python / Node.js

•PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis

•AWS (Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, S3)

•Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

Ideal candidate:

•5+ years backend/infrastructure engineering

•Experience with high-throughput event processing systems

•Deep understanding of web tracking, cookies, fingerprinting

•Knowledge of affiliate postback protocols (S2S, pixels)

•Strong systems design and architecture skills

Compensation:

•$120K–$160K CAD

•Stock options

•Fully remote (Canada)

•Annual learning budget ($5K)
