Full Stack Developer — Affiliate Platform

Perform[cb] is building next-gen tools for our affiliate marketplace. We need a Full Stack Developer to ship features that serve thousands of affiliates and advertisers.

What you'll build:

•Affiliate dashboard with real-time stats, reporting, and offer management

•Advertiser tools: campaign creation, budget management, fraud alerts

•API integrations with tracking platforms and payment providers

•Internal admin tools for the operations team

Tech stack:

•Frontend: React / Next.js / TypeScript

•Backend: Node.js / Python / PostgreSQL

•Infra: AWS, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions

•Tracking: server-side postbacks, S2S integration

We want:

•3+ years full-stack experience

•Strong TypeScript and React skills

•Backend experience with Node.js or Python

•PostgreSQL proficiency

•Experience building APIs consumed by external partners

•Bonus: familiarity with affiliate tracking (HasOffers, Cake, Everflow)

Package:

•$110K–$150K + equity

•Remote-first (US timezone overlap required)
