Media Buyer Team Lead

AdCombo is looking for a Media Buyer Team Lead to build and manage our in-house buying team. You'll run your own campaigns while mentoring 3-5 junior buyers.

Responsibilities:

•Manage personal $200K+/month ad spend across Facebook and Google

•Recruit, train, and mentor junior media buyers

•Set team KPIs and conduct weekly performance reviews

•Develop SOPs for campaign launch, optimization, and scaling

•Coordinate with the creative and compliance teams

•Report directly to the VP of Marketing

Requirements:

•4+ years media buying with 1+ year management experience

•Proven profitable track record at scale ($500K+ cumulative spend)

•Experience across multiple traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, Native)

•Strong leadership and coaching ability

•Advanced analytical skills

•Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Package:

•€5,000–€8,000/month base + team performance bonus
