Influencer & UGC Manager

Mobidea is expanding into influencer-driven performance campaigns. We need an Influencer & UGC Manager to build this channel from scratch.

What you'll do:

•Identify and recruit micro- and mid-tier influencers for CPA campaigns

•Negotiate deals and manage influencer relationships

•Brief creators and review UGC content for compliance and quality

•Track campaign performance and optimize creator mix

•Build a scalable process for influencer onboarding

•Collaborate with the product team to integrate influencer tracking

You have:

•2+ years managing influencer campaigns

•Experience with performance-based influencer compensation (CPA/rev-share)

•Strong network on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

•Project management skills — ability to coordinate 20+ creators simultaneously

•Knowledge of FTC/ASA disclosure requirements

•Data-driven approach to measuring influencer ROI
