MaxBounty is seeking a Growth Lead to drive our partnership strategy. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with advertisers and super-affiliates, and shape the future of our network.
What you'll do:
•Develop and execute a growth strategy targeting advertisers and top affiliates
•Attend industry conferences (AWA, Affiliate Summit, MAL)
•Negotiate and close partnership deals
•Collaborate with product and engineering on partner-facing tools
•Build performance dashboards to track partnership KPIs
•Mentor junior business development associates
Ideal candidate:
•5+ years in affiliate/performance marketing with BD or partnerships focus
•Extensive industry network
•Strong negotiation and presentation skills
•P&L ownership experience
•Data-literate — comfortable with SQL and BI tools
•Willing to travel 20-30% for events
Compensation:
•$90K–$130K base + quarterly bonus
