Data Analyst — Affiliate Performance

Mobidea is looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw campaign data into actionable insights for our affiliate and advertiser teams.

Day to day:

•Build and maintain BI dashboards (Metabase/Looker) for traffic performance

•Analyze conversion funnels across offers, GEOs, and traffic sources

•Identify fraud patterns and build automated detection rules

•Create reports for affiliates showing optimization opportunities

•Collaborate with product to improve the Smartlink algorithm

•Present data stories to leadership monthly

What you bring:

•2+ years as a data/business analyst

•Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy)

•Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)

•Understanding of affiliate marketing metrics (EPC, CR, eCPM)

•Strong communication — ability to explain data to non-technical teams

•Bonus: experience with Clickhouse or BigQuery
