Creative Designer — Ad Creatives

Dr.Cash needs a Creative Designer to produce high-converting ad creatives for Nutra campaigns across Facebook, native, and push traffic sources.

You'll create:

•Static and video ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, and native platforms

•Pre-lander and landing page designs

•Banner sets for push notifications

•Email creative templates

•A/B test variations (colors, headlines, layouts)

We need:

•2+ years as a designer in performance marketing or direct response

•Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and basic video editing

•Understanding of what makes ads convert (hooks, urgency, social proof)

•Portfolio showing ads you've designed and their performance

•Ability to work fast — 5-10 creative variations per day

•Knowledge of Nutra/health creative compliance guidelines
