Affiliate Manager — LATAM Markets

Dr.Cash is expanding into Latin American markets. We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to build and manage our LATAM affiliate base.

What you'll do:

•Recruit affiliates in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina

•Manage relationships and provide campaign support

•Localize offers and creatives for LATAM audiences

•Monitor traffic quality and optimize partner performance

•Hit monthly revenue targets for the LATAM region

•Attend regional conferences and networking events

You need:

•2+ years affiliate management

•Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

•Existing network of LATAM affiliates is a strong plus

•Experience with Nutra, health, or eCommerce verticals

•Knowledge of COD and SS payment models

•Strong communication and organizational skills

Package:

•$2,000–$4,000/month + uncapped commission

•Fully remote

•LATAM conference budget

•Growth path to Regional Director
